Start with the tray code, top size or physical sample. Foil tray lids must match rim size and intended use.

Choose lid material by use case: paper lids for printable foodservice branding, board lids for dry or chilled handling, plastic lids where visibility or stacking is required, and aluminum lids where the product specification calls for it.

Confirm print artwork, carton quantity, packing style and whether lids ship with matching containers or as a separate wholesale item.

MOQ starts from 100 cartons for standard SKUs. Product-level MOQ may vary by SKU, carton quantity, packaging requirement and destination market. Final MOQ is confirmed after RFQ.

Standard SKUs usually take 25–30 days. Custom OEM/private label orders usually take 35–45 days, depending on order quantity, packaging and production schedule.

Printed paper lids, custom carton marks and bundled lid-container packing can be discussed after exact lid size and artwork are confirmed.
