Define the sheet and dispenser together
Specify the full sheet length and width, thickness and required quantity per pack. Ask how the sheets are presented in the box and whether the quoted dispenser is included. Do not infer a complete sheet size from an isolated catalogue dimension.
Try the sample at the intended workstation. Check whether a sheet releases cleanly, covers the intended portion and leaves enough material for the required fold. Record the sample reference and result rather than assuming every pre-cut format suits the same task.
Confirm the scope of supply
Ask for the available packing, current order quantity, lead time and any agreed artwork or branding details. Request the relevant food-contact documentation and use instructions for the exact product and destination. A brand name or a general testing reference does not establish permission for every food, appliance or temperature.
